At preschool children attending at 12 noon bring a packed lunch, a mid morning and afternoon snack is provided. All children bring a bottle of water which is available to them throughout the session.

When packing your child’s lunch box think FUEL!
The food you put in should sustain them for the day.
A Quick and Easy Lunch Box Checklist:
Pack child sized portions and choose one from each group for a healthy balance.
: baby carrots, celery, cauliflower, cucumber, cherry tomatoes
: fresh, dry or natural juice
Protein: lean meat, hard boiled eggs, tuna, frittatas
Carbohydrates: bread, pitta, tortilla, pasta, scones
Milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese
During warmer months usefreezer packs or a frozen carton of drink to keep lunches cool.
Use cupcake cases to hold and separate wet and dry food while in the lunchbox.
